The clan charter "[DMoR]"
 
 
The Chapter I: reception Rules.
 
1. The players playing can enter a clan "Cossacks Back to War" (version 1.35).
 
 
2. The player should have a rank of the duke or the king.
 
3. It is necessary to write the demand for the introduction into a clan in a clan forum, having specified the following data:
 
1) yours nickname (in game? 2) yours a surname and a name? 3) what resources play? 4) what server play? 5) a rank on GS? 6) What is the time already play Cossacks? 7) in what clans consisted, if yes that why have left? 8) why wish to be to ours playr? 9) How old are you? In format DD/MMM/GGGG 10) the Place of your residing? 11) what at you Internet communication? 12) during what time play Cossacks?? 13) who from a clan will support you? 14) an E-mail. 15) ICQ. 16) Skype. 17) Has familiarised with the Charter of clan DMoR? 18) Time for testing?
 
5. For the introduction into a clan control games with players of a clan are necessary to play some and to receive not less than 3 voices pro then Clan Council takes out the final decision about acceptance of the player in a clan. If the player receives 50 % or more voices contra it will not be accepted in a clan. If the player receives 3 and more voices contra it is not accepted.
 
6. Each demand will be considered, and you necessarily receive the answer within two weeks, but not earlier than in 5 days from the date of application.
 
7. In case of reception of the negative answer you have a second chance, but not earlier than in a month. The third chance not earlier than in a month from the date of the second refusal and so on.
 
The chapter II: Duties of the players who have entered a clan.
 
1. The player is obliged to put before the anybody a prefix [DMoR].
 
2. The player has no right to apply chit-codes under no circumstances, in case of their application the player leaves from a clan the Leader and Clan Council.
 
3. The player should observe norms of decency in dialogue, and under what conditions should break rules established before game. In a case not observance to be taken out the prevention.
 
4. The player should take part in clan tournaments at least once a month, in a case not performance to the player to be taken out the prevention. (The player has the right to refuse participation in tournaments for the weighty reason, but no more than 3 consecutive times).
 
5. All players are obliged to be respectful to each other, is not dependent on a rank and age. Otherwise to be taken out the prevention.
 
6. The player is obliged to observe the clan Charter established by Clan Council. In case of infringement of the Charter of a clan, the player is excluded from a clan under the decision of Council of a clan.
 
7. Playr should be active in a forum and protect honour of a clan, defending it on fight fields.
 
The chapter III: Management of a clan.
 
Management of a clan is carried out by Leaders of the Clan, Council of the Clan and Clan Meeting (all playr make not the mediocre decision in a life of a clan by voting).
 
The leader of a clan.
1. Leaders of the Clan are [DMoR] _SheyX_ .
2. Each of clan playrs can be the leader of the Clan, is selected with помошью votings in the closed section of a forum. Each new Leader has no right to exclude from a clan of the former Leaders of a clan.
 
3. Functions of the Leader of the Clan:
3.1. Transfer of new players in a clan, but only at positive voting of clansmen.
3.2. An exception of players of a clan, but only under the affirmative decision of a clan (voting).
3.3. Current management, internal and foreign policy.
3.4. The leader of the Clan leads up to all clan playrs all decisions of Council of the Clan within 2 days after its carrying out.
3.5. The invitation of new players in a clan.
3.6. Testing of candidates for the introduction into a clan.
3.7. The control over performance of decisions of Council of the Clan is assigned to the leader of a clan.
 
4. The power supreme body in a clan is CLAN COUNCIL.
4.1. Clan Council includes 2 persons - [DMoR]-Tu17 and [DMoR] ^Hip-HoPeR.
4.2. Clan council can consist from 2 - 5 persons.
4.3. It is possible to enter Clan Council under the invitation of councillors of the Clan, and also the Leader of the Clan, but only at the consent of 2/3 councillors of the Clan.
 
4.4. Functions of Council of the Clan:
4.4.1. The invitation of new players in a clan.
4.4.2. Testing of candidates for the introduction into a clan.
4.4.3. Discussion and the decision-making, concerning clan developments.
4.4.4. Imposing of the veto on decisions of the Leader of the Clan, but only at affirmative voting of 2/3 councillors of the Clan.
4.4.5. Decisions of Council of the Clan enter validity right after voting summarising.
 
5. MEETING the CLAN (gathering of all participants of a clan).
5.1. On carrying out of general meeting of the Clan it is informed all playr at a forum and it is duplicated on an e-mail or ICQ not less than 2 days prior to the appointed date with instructions of prospective questions.
 
5.2. Clan council gathers 1 time in 2 weeks, or:
5.2.1. On request of the Leader of the Clan for the urgent decision of questions;
5.2.2. On request of 1/2 клановцев from a clan aggregate number.
 
5.3. The clan meeting is competent under condition of discussion of questions 1/2 from all registered клановцев.
5.4. Decision-making is carried out by voting. All clansmen have on 1 voice. The decision is accepted at quantity of voices pro or contra more than 50 % from voices.
 
The chapter IV: the Order of an exception of a clan.
 
1. In case of an exception of a clan the player is obliged to clean a prefix [DMoR].
2. The player can be excluded from a clan for 4 preventions.
3. The player can be excluded from a clan without what or clarifications.
 
The chapter V: In a case if the player does not agree, and demands to restore the membership in a clan.
1. The player can challenge the decision being guided by the clan charter.
2. In a case if to the player allow to restore membership in a clan, he is obliged to pass a trial period in 2 months.
3. The player can be rehabilitated under the decision of Council of the Clan of a clan.
